Annual Read to Me Meeting, Bilingual Storetimes/Services Preconference

Meeting Objective:
Build the capacity of library to provide information on the six early literacy skills to Idaho families through outreach and at the library.
Overview of preconference content:
On Monday, February 28 we’ll be hosting an optional “preconference” learning opportunities from 1 – 5 p.m.
Bilingual Storytimes / Services: Anna Rosa Trellis from the Jerome School District has conducted bilingual family workshops and is an expert in bilingual instruction. She will lead this session and Read to Me project coordinator Erica Compton will facilitate sharing what libraries are and can do to promote bilingual storytimes and services in libraries.
